5 Healthy Food for Babies

Some babies feel agitated when eating solids because they are not used in swallowing firmer food.
Before letting the baby eat solids, make sure they sit upright so they can easily swallow their food. Moms can place them on their laps or let them sit in a high chair with a safety belt. Letting babies eat solids does not mean they have to stop breastfeeding; they still need to breastfeed to get their basic nutritional needs.
